The summer season is just around the corner. The second year in times of the corona pandemic.

Even if Norway has closed its borders at the moment, the mood is different this year. Especially in tourism, the positive signs are increasing, even if this year will certainly look different than normal. Bookings and inquiries for 2022, but also for the 2021 season come in almost every day and you finally have the feeling that things are moving again. Of course, it will take time for the cruise lines to come back like in previous years, but hopefully a start will be made this year.

At the moment we have a period of good weather and enjoy the days in the wonderful nature. In the near future we hope that Norway will open again to foreign tourists and that we will then be able to present the wonderful fjord landscape to our guests again. All those involved in tourism are sure to keep their fingers crossed.

Our surroundings are now showing their most beautiful side with dream weather at the end of May. The snow on the mountains is starting to melt, Trollstigen and Dalsnibba are open and the Norwegians themselves use free days to explore the landscape. We hope that we will soon be able to welcome tourists from abroad again and that we will soon all be able to leave the past months behind us. The signs for a new start in tourism are there and hopefully we can soon say

"Welcome back" to beautiful Norway.
